You MAKE time to reach out to your customers to update them about anything dealing with their account. I work in the pharmacy and have to take in inbound as well as deal with customers coming in. The response was that they have been very busy and that I will receive a response in the mail even though they have my phone number and email on file. Was told that it was not approved because my credit history is not long enough (just graduated college with loan s) and I asked why was I not reached out too. Two days go by, didn’t hear anything back so took it upon myself to reach out. The representative on the phone then tells me she will reach out to me later that day to go over the application. Had to give info over the phone to complete the loan process and immediately got notified by credit karma that a hard inquiry hit my account. I was pre-approved for a loan and took up the offer. The district manager called me back and very nice and she handle the situation. Leticia Garcia is a rude woman who does not need to be talking to customers the way she did. I don’t expect the district manager to call but if he or she don’t I will still follow through everyday until someone returns my calls. I am sorry people have emergencies that loan was last thing on my mind until they called. I will call every last chain and go further until I speak with her manager. She said she was willing to stay until I got there and ask me how long because she doing me a courtesy she was rude and not professional at all. Leticia Garcia refused to listened to me and tried to handle me rough. I called another branch to in Huntsville to get the manager number and they stated she will call me directly we will see. She was rude and refused to listen to me. She no you either come now or it will be Fed Ex this was never explained to me. I had renewed my loan and I told the lady manager Leticia Garcia that I was coming to get the loan but I had emergency I will come and get the loan tomorrow.
